This group may talk the talk but I found that was all, it was all about profit over people and I want nothing more to do with this group.

you are correct that I have not used your service personally. A family member is using it though and the goals that have been given to him are totally unrealistic. As a result he believes he can do more than he is actually physically capable of doing and subsequently has fallen over multiple times. I have tried discussing this situation over the phone but I have been told in great detail about confidentiality issues. This means that it is only a matter of time until he will fall over and injure himself badly which is not the result that any of us want.
